Troubleshooting

"eBay requires at least one product photo"

Add photos in the product form (uploader at the top) before clicking Publish.

"Business policies not set up yet"

Create payment/shipping/return policies in your eBay Seller Hub, then retry.

Cron sync didn't pick up a sale

Manually trigger from Sales → Sync orders from eBay. The cron runs every 15 minutes; manual sync is immediate.

Extension shows "Not responding"

Verify the extension ID matches what's in chrome://extensions, that the extension is enabled, and that you're loading the dashboard from the same origin you registered (localhost:3000 or app.mismatch.dev).

"Token refresh failed"

Your platform OAuth token was revoked (you signed out, or the platform expired your refresh token). Reconnect from Settings.
