Shipping labels
Mismatch prints shipping labels via EasyPost — supporting USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and more.
One-time setup
- Settings → Profile → fill in the Ship-from address (structured fields, not the free-form one)
- Upgrade to Pro (Billing) — labels are a Pro feature
Printing a label
- Shipping → New label
- Enter the recipient's address, package dimensions + weight
- Click Get rates — choose the cheapest carrier or your preferred
- The label PDF opens in a new tab + tracking is saved to the sale
Packing slips
From Sales → click any sale row → Print packing slip. Auto-prints on open.
