Terms of Service

Last updated: April 14, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a Mismatch account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Mismatch is a cross-listing and inventory-management SaaS for online resellers. We help you publish products to multiple marketplaces (eBay, Depop, Nextdoor, Whatnot, and others via our browser extension), track sales, manage expenses, and generate tax reports. We are not a marketplace and do not facilitate payments between buyers and sellers.

3. Your accounts on other platforms

Mismatch connects to your seller accounts on third-party marketplaces with your explicit authorization via OAuth. You are responsible for complying with each platform's own Terms of Service. Mismatch does not store your passwords; we store only the minimum OAuth tokens required to perform actions you initiate.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use Mismatch to: list prohibited items; infringe intellectual property; evade platform cease-and-desist orders; exceed platform-defined rate limits; or use the browser extension in a way that violates the host platform's Terms of Service.

5. Subscription billing

Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe. You may cancel anytime through the Manage Subscription portal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.

6. Data

Your product and sales data belong to you. Export or delete any time from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of liability

Mismatch is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any consequential damages, lost profits, or marketplace bans resulting from your use of the service. Maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
